I've worked from Stanford StartX and a startup team of zero to 50+ through venture capital, enterprise growth, and acquisition-down to radio packets, Linux services, unsupported hardware, and the details that make a field system reliable.

That founder/operator experience informs the strategy work: what to build, how to sequence it, who to hire, what investors and customers need to see, and where technical ambition becomes operational risk.
